Why do I have spider veins on my legs?
Most people develop some form of visible vein damage on their lower extremities as the years go by: More than one in three adults (35%) has large bulging varicose veins on their legs, and about four in five adults (80%) have sprawling, web-like networks of smaller reticular veins and spider veins.
